The value of a home

Everyone knows that the Church of the Lord Jesus is not a building made with hands – yet the invariable experience of church planters confirms that a permanent building provides a home into which friends and neighbours in the community can be invited to hear and experience the gospel of God’s grace.

A home provides a local church with “seven-day reach” into its community and scope to develop outreach appropriate to its situation as well as greater stability in a world increasingly hostile to the gospel message.
